Picture Hunt is a small indie product run by one developer. By using it, you agree to these terms. They're meant to be plain English, not lawyer-speak.
The free tier is genuinely free, forever. Three categories with Spanish bilingual built in, a daily challenge, and one story quest — five plays per day, no signup. Premium is a one-time purchase handled through Stripe — $24.99 USD, paid once. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, ever.
Premium unlocks all 10 categories, all 10 languages, every story quest, the parent dashboard, unlimited plays, and cross-device progress — yours forever, on every device.
Premium is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel — no recurring charge will ever hit your card. If something went wrong (charged twice, didn't get the unlock code, kid hated it on day one), email hello@picturehunt.app and we'll make it right — we're a one-developer shop and we'd rather refund a mismatched purchase than argue about it.
Don't try to break things. Specifically: don't reverse-engineer the unlock codes, don't share Premium codes with people who haven't paid, don't hammer the API to drive up our Gemini bill. We rate-limit the proxy. Persistent abuse means we revoke your code.
Picture Hunt is designed for use by children ages 2-5 with adult supervision. The app does not collect personal information from children — see the Privacy Policy for details. Parents are the actual customers.
If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page. If you don't agree to the new terms and you bought Premium, email us and we'll sort out a fair refund.
Texas, United States. Disputes go to the courts of Texas, unless small-claims court would handle it faster (in which case, do that).
